Undergraduate Programme Survey

Staff receive the Undergraduate Questionnaires via their pigeon holes and distribute them accordingly to students in Week 24.  The students are not required to complete the forms in class, but just submit them to the departmental office (room 4.305) by the end of Week 25.

Final year students are also expected to complete a Reference Data Bank Form which is included with their questionnaire.
