Staff-Student Liaison Committee (Research Students)

Students on Square 3The Staff-Student Liaison Committee for research students provides a formal way in which the collective view of research students can be expressed.

In particular, one student member of the committee is an ex-officio member of the Departmental Meeting, which is where all matters of general policy and interest are discussed, and one student member is a member of the Graduate School Student Liaison Committee.

The committee normally meets once a term. Minutes are posted below.

There are normally an equal number of staff and student members of the committee. Anyone willing to serve should let the Graduate Research Coordinator know. If there are more than the required number of volunteers, a secret ballot may be held.
