| Biography | Philip Terry's interests include the theory and practice of creative writing, particularly the work of Oulipo, translation, and re-workings of myth and history in postmodern fiction. He is the author of Aesopocrypha (1996), a lipogrammatic novel The Book of Bachelors (1999), and editor of the story collection Ovid Metamorphosed (2000). His first collection of poetry, Oulipoems, appeared in March 2007. His translation of Raymond Queneau's last book of poems, Elementary Morality, has been published by Carcanet. |
