Smart Guides
This series of Smart Guides is available for staff on key
areas of learning and teaching. Smart Guides are longer than
How to Guides
and are updated annually. They include examples of current
good practice from across the University as well as some of
the basic underlying principles for each area and where to
go for further information and support. Some Smart Guides
are also used by other institutions. An equivalent series of
Study Guides
is available for students. We always welcome new
suggestions, so if there is an area that you feel has yet to
be covered by either a How to Guide or a Smart Guide, please
contact Learning and Development (‘ldev’).
