Access to Agresso
To obtain access please complete an Agresso user account request form which needs to be signed
by your Head of Department/Section. You will need to attend the Introduction course if you have not
used Agresso before and at least one of the following Agresso courses, Customer Invoicing, Purchasing or How to Run Reports depending on your role in the University.

Introduction to Agresso

The Introduction to Agresso course aims to help you get started with using Agresso and to become
familiar with the screen and toolbars. It is intended for new users. It is essential all first time
users attend this course.

- Familiarisation with the screen layout
- How to set screen options
- Understanding what account codes and cost codes are
