LLM International Human Rights Law
Our LLM International Human Rights Law is the oldest established human
rights law course in the UK, with a focus on human rights in international

Our LLM UK Human Rights and Public Law would particularly appeal to
people from throughout the UK and those from the Commonwealth or other

Our LLM European Union Law offers an opportunity to acquire specialist
knowledge and understanding of the law of the European Union, with a core

Our LLM International Trade Law looks at aspects of trade at
international level with much of the teaching addressing issues that develop

LLM Internet Law
Our LLM Internet Law identifies and addresses issues around the
development of digital technology and the convergence of communications
media which has raised legal problems about access to and use of

Our LLM Health Care Law and Human Rights provides an advanced conceptual
understanding of the methods, techniques and legal principles regarding

Our LLM European Business Law (Pallas) is designed for those thinking of
a legal practice which requires knowledge of the major national systems of

LLM EU Law and Comparative Legal Studies
Our LLM EU Law and Comparative Legal Studies aims to provide you with an
advanced conceptual understanding of the legal principles of European
Community law, of the European Union and of the legal cultures and the main

elsewhere.

MA/MSc Environmental Governance: The Natural World, Science and Society
Nine academic departments from across the natural sciences, social
sciences and humanities work together to deliver this interdisciplinary MA
and MSc course. You will develop your critical capacity to analyse
environmental issues from a range of perspectives and provide you with the
practical skills necessary for a wide range of careers. We provide you with
a thorough training in the principles and practices of environmental
governance if you are interested in pursuing careers in environmental

MA Philosophy, Law and Human Rights
This interdisciplinary MA is offered jointly by the School of Philosophy
and Art History, School of Law and Human Rights Centre. We aim to offer
those who come from a background of human rights practice the chance to
explore the theoretical foundations of your work and to develop your grasp
of the relevant laws, while allowing those students coming directly from
undergraduate studies in philosophy, law or politics to expand your
theoretical interests while linking them to practical and career-orientated

MA Ethics, Politics and Public Policy
This interdisciplinary MA is offered jointly by the School of Philosophy
and Art History, Department of Government, School of Law and Department of
Sociology. Our academically strong schools and departments have a reputation
for excellence and between them offer a wide range of modules from which to
choose. Ethical questions are raised by the most fundamental issues that
confront us now such as the environment, international relations, the
behaviour of corporations and how to organise health care. The purpose of
this MA is to explore the ethical questions raised by public policy and
corporate action in a range of fields. Unlike more familiar Masters courses
in moral and political philosophy, this course is interdisciplinary. It
draws upon the resources of politics, law and sociology as well as those of
moral and political philosophy. It brings together techniques of ethical

MA Human Rights and Cultural Diversity
You will acquire a deeper knowledge and understanding of the central issues
and debates surrounding the application and justification of human rights within a
culturally complex and diverse world. These problems are legal, social, political and
