Italian Software in Computer Labs

Students on campus can also have access to a variety of material both from the Language & Linguistics Helpdesk and from their teachers. There is also interactive software installed in the main computer labs.

The root to access the Italian software from the computer labs is as follows:

PRESS THE START BUTTON MENU       SELECT PROGRAMS   SELECTAPPLICATIONS                       SELECT LANG & LING     SELECT ITALIAN                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       

On the Italian window there are several programs ready for use. Students need to borrow some of the CD-ROMS from the Language & Linguistics Helpdesk as they couldn't be networked. 

We recommend students take a set of Walkman headphones with them to plug into the computers in order to listen to the audio sections of the various programs.
