A tailor-made programme

In October 2004 the English Language Teaching Centre
(now the International Academy) arranged a one-week course for Secondary School Teachers from Denmark. The
programme included teaching methodology and extensive visits to schools in
the Colchester area. lectures were given on Teaching Literature at
Secondary Level, Higher Education in the UK, Tonly Blair and
New Labour and Survey of ELT Dictionaries.
The participants obtained funding via COMENIUS.
