Booking the iLab suite

The iLab and meeting rooms are available for hire by clients from within and outside of the University of Essex.  We are delighted to offer site visits to view our facilities, just contact us to arrange a suitable time.

iLab

An iLab session is an individual experience for each client so we are happy to tailor quotations to your own requirements.  We therefore urge you to contact us to discuss your needs, and work out the best type of session for you.  To aid you in the meantime, our information sheets with indicative hire rates can be downloaded below:

Constable Building meeting rooms

Our meeting rooms can be booked in their own right, or with the iLab.  Again we are very happy to tailor quotations to reflect sole use of all iLab centre facilities incorporating the iLab and meeting rooms – just ask us for advice.  Please find below factsheets with indicative delegate rates for use of the meeting rooms:

The iLab is part of Venue Essex, the one stop service for all conference & accommodation bookings at the University of Essex.
