Welcome to Essex Human Rights Centre, one of the world’s oldest and most highly-respected academic human rights centres. As an undergraduate student of human rights you will benefit from a first-class education combined with a comprehensive and growing range of professional skills development events. In recent years we have developed both our academic curriculum and the support we offer our students in the development of their professional and vocational human rights skills, including professional workshops, internship seminars and student tours to UK and European human rights institutions.
