Prospective Students
Postgraduate Degrees
As a School we offer both Taught (including standard and pre-registration
programmes) and Research degrees.
The difference between these degrees is that Postgraduate Taught degrees,
unlike Postgraduate Research degrees, involve completion of module credits,
submission of coursework and in some cases examinations.
For information on these programmes, please go to the relevant page below:
As part of our Postgraduate Research Degrees we also offer
Professional Doctorates.
If you are interested in the DClinPsych - Doctorate in Clinical Psychology
(training programme) please go to
Postgraduate Taught Degrees.
Our Professional Doctorates are specialist qualifications appropriate for people in, or aspiring to, senior professional appointments in practice, education or management. Completion of the programmes requires the student to demonstrate unification, at the highest level, of theory and practice within a professional context. Such qualification assesses the ability of the student to perform at the level of ‘expert’ within a chosen field.
