Faculty of Social Sciences Masters Scholarship

If you are coming to study with us in 2012 or 2013 you will be able to compete for our Faculty of Social Sciences Masters Scholarship to continue studying for a Masters course at Essex in one of our participating departments.

Funding for postgraduate study is highly competitive so it is important to fully-research the options available to you as home, EU and International students.

• Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC) Studentships
  As an ESRC Doctoral Training Centre, Essex has 16 fully-funded Studentships in total available for high quality applicants from the UK and EU.
• University of Essex Doctoral Scholarships (new for 2013)
  The University of Essex Doctoral Scholarship is available to support talented PhD students who are looking to study within our department.
