Undergraduate

Apply for undergraduate study with us through UCAS. The University's applicant portal, myEssex, provides online services once you have submitted your application. More information is available from our Undergraduate Admissions Office.

Postgraduate

Masters

Apply for postgraduate study using the online application form. You will be required to send us additional information, depending on your circumstances, so don't forget to read the additional information carefully as we'll not be able to process your application until we've received the completed documents. More information is available from our Graduate Admissions Office.

Deadline for applications

For entry onto a Masters programme in October, applications should be submitted preferably by 1 July, but no later than 31 August. The Department will make all offers by 30 September 2011. If you are expecting to graduate in the summer prior to the October start date, you are welcome to apply although you may only be offered a conditional place until you receive your results.

PhD

Apply for doctoral research using the online application form. You will be required to send us additional information, depending on your circumstances, so don't forget to read the additional information carefully as we'll not be able to process your application until we've received the completed documents.
