University Council approved a new set of
Financial Regulations in May 2011.
To supplement financial regulations we will be issuing a set of
Financial Procedure Notes to provide more guidance on particular topics.

students: fees,
discounts, rents, handbooks, contacts, useful links.
- For staff:
payroll, pensions, expenses, forms, insurance, full economic
costing, contacts, useful links.
- For
budget managers: Agresso, financial regulations, course
costing, VAT, research accounting, management reports, budgets.
