Prof. Peers is an world-renowned expert in European law especially as regards fundamental rights (asylum, privacy and labour law), Dr Guinchard a renowned author in the field of Internet criminal law (‘cybercrime’) and Dr Koutsias has an international reputation in European commercial law. Dr Marsden is an expert in network neutrality and other forms of Internet filtering and censorship. In Brussels, EXCCEL members have spoken at the European Commission, European Parliament, and before corporate (Google@Brussels) and policy thinktanks (Centre for European Policy Studies).
