Staff Equality Information

The University has collected information from staff on the following protected characteristics: age, disability, race (ethnicity and nationality) and sex for a number of years. In both our 2009 staff survey and 2012 staff survey, we also collected information on the sexual orientation and religion or belief of staff. From the academic year 2012-13 we commenced routine monitoring of all these protected characteristics, plus gender identity, for all staff.
