What happens if I contact an adviser?

If you call an adviser they will make an appointment to see you. The interview will last approximately 45 minutes and will be held in a private pre-determined room.

The interview will give you an opportunity to discuss issues of concern to you and the adviser will explain their role and advise you of routes and options for resolving the issues.
