The Confidential contact line will be staffed between 9am - 5pm during weekdays and has a 24 hour message service. Please remember if leaving a message on the line we need to have a contact number or address so that we can help.

Email messages are checked during weekdays from 9am - 5pm.

If you are concerned about contacting us, for example, because of language difficulties or if you have an impairment, then please be assured that the network will make every effort to accommodate you.
