Equality and Diversity e-learning programme

Equality and Diversity operates an interactive e-learning programme on Equality and Diversity, consisting of two modules as set out below.

Module 1 - Equality and Diversity Essentials

This module is for all staff. It introduces the basic concepts of equal opportunities and diversity and provides an overview of the main legislation and its implications.

Module 2 – Managing Diversity

This module is aimed at managers and supervisors and looks at how you can comply with legislation and manage diverse teams effectively.

Karen will then enrol you on to this course and send you simple instructions on how to access it.
