Equality and Diversity online course

Module 1 of this course, Equality and Diversity Essentials, is compulsory and should be completed within the first six months of joining the University.  

Module 1 - Equality and Diversity Essentials

This module is aimed at all staff and introduces the basic concepts of equal opportunities and diversity and provides an overview of the main legislation and its implications.

Module 2 – Managing Diversity

This module, although not compulsory, is recommended for all managers and supervisors and looks at how you can comply with legislation and manage diverse teams effectively.
