The Equality and Diversity Manager is responsible for promoting good equality and diversity practice in all aspects of the University's activities; ensuring that the University meets its legal and reporting obligations; developing and supporting staff and student engagement with equality and diversity issues. Karen is also Chair of the Harassment Advisory Network.
