Course Materials Repository

The Course Materials Repository (CMR) provides access to web-based course materials that are relevant to a specific course.

• To access the CMR, go to: http://courses.essex.ac.uk/ (You will also find links for the CMR from the 'myStudy' channel in myEssex).
• You will then see a list of University departments.
• Click on the name of the department that your course belongs to.
• You will then see the main course page which includes general subject resources (such as links to the department web site, timetables and location of teaching rooms).
• It may also contain specific course resources for the current academic year, such as course materials, course outline and past exam papers. Just click on the links to access the resources.
• When accessing the CMR off-campus, you may be required to go to an alternative web page and then authenticate with your University username and password. You will be instructed on what to do if you attempt to access a restricted area or resource.
