Please note that no further bookings for the conference dinner can be made.

Internet access - During the conference a number of free-standing computer terminals will be available.  However, there is a charge of £2.00 (€3.50) per person (to be paid at the registration desk). If you wish to use the commputers, please complete the appropriate section of the registration form and you will be provided with a username and password that allows temporary access for the dates of the conference.  This would also allow delegates with laptops to use them in the wifi area with the provided access details. (Please note there is an internet café in Botanic Avenue which is less than 10 minutes walk from the campus.)

Cancellation policy

• Cancellations received up to 2 months prior to the conference will be charged 50% of the total invoice value.
• Cancellations received within a period of 2 months to 1 month prior to the conference will be charged 75% of the total invoice value.
• Cancellations received 1 month prior to the conference will be charged 100% of the total invoice value.
