Call for sections, panels and papers
The ECPR's general conference will take place for
the fourth time in September 2007 and as with the
first three conferences, the format will be one of
sections and panels, but the academic programme will
also include round tables, symposia and a plenary
lecture. The programme is intended to be very broad
and proposals to organise a section (of between 4
and 10 panels on a given theme), a single panel or
to present a paper are welcomed on (but not limited
to) the following themes:
* Political theory
* Political methodology
* Comparative politics
* Voting and party competition
* Analytical politics and public choice
* International relations
* Local politics
* Gender and politics
* Third world politics
* EU politics
* Public administration
* Public policy analysis
* Political parties
* Political economy
* Environmental politics
* Media and politics
* Ethnicity, national identity and culture
* Protest and social movements
* Political institutions in Europe
The deadline for proposals is 1 March 2007.
