Biography

Gordon Kemp joined the Department in 1987. During his time at Essex he has also held visiting positions at Cornell University, the University of Toronto, and the University of British Columbia. His main area of research is theoretical econometrics, with particular interests in small sample theory, network data, and semi-parametric methods. His publications have appeared in Econometric Theory, Economics Letters, and the Journal of Econometrics.
