"The University of Essex appealed to me because it offered the opportunity to
combine Banking and Finance. This suited me really well because it was specific
to the sector I had always wanted to work in.
On arriving at the University, one of the first things I noticed was how
cosmopolitan the Colchester Campus is. The high number of international students
meant it had a taste of every country. I truly believe that interacting with
people from across the world has added creativity to my study. Living in the
university accommodation is a new experience because it opens a different aspect
to life.
I have found the Essex Business School to be really efficient and helpful.
When I faced confusion regarding my modules, staff took the time to help me sort
it out.
I think my degree from Essex will be invaluable in my future career because
it has helped me to develop two of the things employers look for in a graduate -
talent and knowledge."
