Entrepreneurship Research runs research seminars regularly throughout
the academic year.
Social Venture Academy
The Entrepreneurship and Innovation Group (EIG)hasdeveloped a unique new initiative, the
Social Venture Academy (SVA), under the
auspices of the Higher Education Innovation Fund (HEIF) scheme. This innovative initiativewill aim to establish a creative platform for the generation, consolidation and
realisation of new ideas for socialenterprises, and social capital in the community of students, citizens and
organisations engaged in productive social and economic change.

- Inaugural Lecture
The Centre of
Entrepreneurship Research runs a lecture series to complement its Annual
Entrepreneurship Research Lecture and the Social Entrepreneurship events.
This original series highlights the wealth of innovation and entrepreneurial
activities - incremental, radical, product and process-based, technological
and organisational – that underpins successful and sustainable business
activity.
