Key Facts of the MBA Programme

Three MBA programmes are available - a full-time 12 month programme, a part-time 24 month programme and a modular programme which can be completed over a period between three to six years.

Induction Week includes study skills workshops and visits to both profit and non-profit organisations. In 2010 and 2011, MBA students visited HSBC HQ London and Tate Modern. In December 2010, the MBA cohort were invited to Ernst and Young's offices in London to discuss with various members of staff the company's "Action Amid Uncertainty" report which explores how organisations are responding to the complexities associated with climate change risks.
The course fee for the full-time MBA in 2013 is £16,950.
Essex University was ranked 9th in the 2008 Research Assessment Exercise and will celebrate its 50th anniversary in 2014.
Essex Business School has an international reputation for research excellence. In the 2008 RAE, EBS was ranked 2nd overall in the UK in the Accounting and Finance subject area.
