Our Human Rights Centre has a worldwide reputation for research excellence. In February 2010, we were awarded the Queen's Anniversary Prize in recognition of our research, teaching and practice in advancing human rights across the globe.
Welcome to our Human
Rights Centre. We are one of the oldest academic human
rights centres in the world and one of the most prestigious and
highly-regarded, awarded the Queen's Anniversary Prize.
Alongside teaching and research, our academic staff have held,
and continue to hold, key positions in the UN human rights and
development fields.
