Author Information
Researchers are hereby invited to submit a full paper (max 6 pages) detailing their current and recent research or a short paper (max 4 pages), which describes their work-in-progress. CEEC'12 will be held at the University of Essex - Colchester, UK, 2012. The conference will be hosted by the School of Computer Science and Electronic Engineering.
All submitted papers will be subject to peer reviewing by at least two reviewers for technical merit, significance and relevance to the topics. CEEC’12 proceedings will be published in IEEE Xplore.
Papers should be prepared in the IEEE standard double-column format; Word and LaTeX templates are available below:

Prospective authors should submit an electronic version of their manuscript (PDF format). Submission implies the willingness of at least one author per paper to register, attend the conference and present the paper. The best paper will be awarded the CEEC Prize.

There are three steps for the final paper submission:

Firstly, please ensure that your paper is ready for submission using the IEEE PDF Express service. You may need to register (for free) to use the service. Our conference ID for PDF eXpress is: ceec12x. If you do not ensure that your paper meets the IEEE standards we will be unable to submit your paper for publishing. Please use the link below to acess IEEE PDF eXpress website:
Once your paper is accepted by the IEEE PDF Express service please use the EDAS submission system to upload your final version of the paper. To do this, log in to EDAS (via the link below) and go to the 'My Papers' tab and click on the link under 'Upload paper' (shown on the image below).
You are required to submit an electronic copyright form for your paper to be published within IEEE Xplore. To do this click on the link under "Copyright" on the "My Papers" tab in EDAS (shown on the image below) and you will be redirected to the IEEE eCopyright syetem.
