Essex is one of the most entrepreneurial counties in the UK and an exciting place to do business. At Essex Business School, we teach you to take control of your career and create ideas, products and services with real value. Our current Masters students join us from more than 40 countries and our international team of academics help you gain a global understanding of business in established and developing markets, so you can have the best foundation for your career.

Our MSc Entrepreneurship and Innovation is also available to study part-time and you don't need to have previously studied business to enrol onto this course.
A number of scholarships and discounts are available for Masters study at the University of Essex, including those for overseas applicants. Postgraduate loans for Masters courses are now available from the Student Loans Company, worth up to £10,000, for students from the UK and EU.
"My Masters gave me the opportunity to put theory into practice, through group projects and assignments like the business report. It gave me the confidence to become a freelance consultant, helping businesses identify new opportunities and develop strategies to gain an advantage in their industry. Working for an agency, I now use this experience to translate brands’ objectives into digital strategies that grow their businesses and generate a better marketing ROI.”
Miguel Enrique Lopez Cedeno, Digital Marketing Executive at Coast Digital and Entrepreneurship and Innovation graduate 2013.
