Terms and Conditions (Overview)
- The organisers of conferences and courses must have viewed the
University’s facilities prior to confirming their booking.
- All booking fees are non refundable.
- Payment of the total invoice value of the event will be as
follows:
- Payment of 50% of anticipated total invoice value to be paid 6
months prior to arrival.
- Payment of the remainder of the invoice value on completion of
event.
- Cancellation fees will be payable on any reduction in the number
for which a facility has been reserved. The scale of cancellation fees
are as follows:
- From the date of the confirmed reservation (signed contract) to
3 months prior to commencement - 50% of the total invoice value.
- Within a period of 3 months to 1 month prior to commencement -
75% of the total invoice value.
- Within a period of 1 month prior to commencement - 100% of the
total invoice value.
- Catering will be charged based on numbers advised two weeks
prior to event or on actual figures whichever is the greater.
