Terms and Conditions (Overview)

  1. The organisers of conferences and courses must have viewed the University’s facilities prior to confirming their booking.
     
  2. All booking fees are non refundable.
     
  3. Payment of the total invoice value of the event will be as follows:
     
    1. Payment of 50% of anticipated total invoice value to be paid 6 months prior to arrival.
    2. Payment of the remainder of the invoice value on completion of event.
       
  4. Cancellation fees will be payable on any reduction in the number for which a facility has been reserved. The scale of cancellation fees are as follows:
     
    1. From the date of the confirmed reservation (signed contract) to 3 months prior to commencement - 50% of the total invoice value.
    2. Within a period of 3 months to 1 month prior to commencement - 75% of the total invoice value.
    3. Within a period of 1 month prior to commencement - 100% of the total invoice value.
    4. Catering will be charged based on numbers advised two weeks prior to event or on actual figures whichever is the greater.
