Working in Charities presented by Mind and Diabetes UK
Description
This is a rare opportunity to gain an insight into the Charity Sector, with insider knowledge from two contrasting charities. Laurence Barker represents Diabetes UK and Tania Munro, an Essex graduate, represents Mind. The session seeks to breakdown student misconceptions about the third sector and will give hands-on, practical advice on how you can get ahead in a rewarding & challenging industry. The versatility and wide reach of third sector careers means that students from a variety of courses will benefit from this talk, and may discover unconventional career paths that you never knew existed.
