Rhiannon provides support to the Faculty Employability team by providing
careers and employability advice to students in both 1-1 and group-based
scenarios, building strong relationships that encourage growth and
self-confidence. In addition, she supports the Faculty Careers Adviser with the
implementation and delivery of career development workshops and events.
Rhiannon is a careers professional, with experience creating a transformative
learning experience for students, through the delivery of tailored careers and
employability information and guidance, in both Secondary Education and HE
institutions. She joined the University in November 2016, following a previous
role working within the field of Occupational Psychology as a Business
Psychologist. Her role involved designing and implementing bespoke learning and
development programs, as well as designing research-led, innovative evaluation
frameworks to measure the success of the programs on work-related learning.
Rhiannon works part-time and is in the office Mondays and Fridays, whilst
spending the remainder of the week working in her other role as a Careers
Officer in Secondary Education.
