Feedback click to expand section

The Careers Centre aims to provide services to a high standard and welcomes feedback from users and partners.

If you have any comments or suggestions that you would like to make about the services we provide there are several ways you can do this.

You can email careers@essex.ac.uk and this will be forwarded on to the most appropriate person.

You can talk to any member of staff and they will pass on your compliments or concerns.

We work hard to provide services that fulfil your needs. Dissatisfaction often arises from misunderstanding so the best way to try and resolve any complaints is with the member of staff involved at the time. Many issues can be resolved informally this way. If you are still not satisfied you can take the matter up with the manager of the office that provides the service in question. E-mail careers@essex.ac.uk, telephone 01206 872494 or write to us at the Careers Centre, University of Essex, Wivenhoe Park, Colchester CO4 3SQ and an appropriate person will be informed of the complaint and will be in touch within 5 working days.

If attempts to resolve the matter informally within the Service have failed, there is a University Complaints Procedure for Students (see the full Procedure here) which explains the formal procedure that can be used.
