New module in Bushcraft and Earth Skills

This newly designed module is available to Ecology, Biodiversity and Conservation students in 2009/2010. Learn about human connections with nature, including the skills and knowledge held by our ancestors and still held in indigenous groups around the world. This module offers a combination of seminars and field practicals teaching participants about camp lore, woodcraft, how to survive in the wild, and the traditional skills and knowledge of groups like the Innu and Sámi.
