The School of Biological Sciences' "Science in Society" scheme organizes talks to schools, colleges and other stakeholders to highlight the School’s range of research activities. The Science in Society scheme also encourages participation and contribution of stakeholders' views on current and future research, and facilitates environmental and research driven activities for local, regional and national schools, organizations and other interested parties. The School is currently conducting research into the best way to facilitate engagement of different age cohorts with current issues so as to ensure the continued delivery of quality professional and academic standards to society.
