Equipment loan for individual support needs

AVMS is deploying a large white character keyboard on black key all over campus (AV cabinets and labs) during the next few months. This is for an average user, if you have any other individual requirement please contact us, and we may supply you a different item.

 

Keyboards

 

AVMS has a number of keyboards with special configuration that members of staff can borrow. They are USB connected so you only need to connect it to the USB front connection of the computer, no drivers needed.

Portable Audio induction loop system

AVMS has a portable Audio induction loop system for people with hearing difficulties who wear a hearing aid with a "T" facility. This unit is easy to carry and simple to set up in a matter of seconds. Height adjustable AV cabinets

AVMS is deploying a new AV cabinet with electric height adjustable system, adjustable monitor arm and large character keyboard.

Some of them have been already deployed such as LTB6, LTB 7, 1N1.4.1, 5A.303, 5A.101, 5B.111A, 5A.106 and HHS building 2S2.5.06, 2S2.5.20 and 2S2.3.20. All the rooms in the new Teaching Centre and the new refurbished ISS Training room 4S.3.3.

Switch to electrically adjust the height.
