The Learning Technology Team, a sub-unit of WaLT, is responsible for training, maintenance and development of all e-learning infrastructure, tools, software and systems.

AVMS provide some technical support, hardware side, to some technologies such as PRS (Personal Response System) and digital lecture recording.

Central Timetabling Office (CTO) is part of the Academic Section and responsible for the provision and management of timetables and room booking information.

AVMS provide technical support for the timetabling information display at Colchester campus.
