Report a fault online

Report a fault to AVMS related to AV equipment, AV room or AVMS services

Thank you for reporting a fault; please feel free to make any comment or suggestion about our facilities. You need not fill in any of your details if you wish to remain anonymous

If the fault is related to traditional whiteboard and/or dry marker pens, room furniture (except the AV cabinet), room lighting, setting and cleaness, etc... please email Estate, alternatively call extension 2959 or visit their Helpdesk in Room 6.003. Estate Helpdesk is located on Level 6 of the Social Studies Building. Take the lift / stairs by the Campus Shop up to Level 6. Turn right out of the lift and then left through a set of double doors. The first corridor on your right is the Estate Management Corridor, and the Helpdesk is the first office on the left.

There is a common email address for services related to teaching rooms such as AVMS, Estate and Timetabling Office. Email to room-comments if you wish to contact them all or you are unsure of the nature of your comment.
