Interested in all things arty?

Welcome to the University of Essex Art History Society webpage; the society aims to give you an opportunity to explore the art world and to bring people together to help build and become part of a forum to meet, socialise and discuss art.

We are a student run society who are proud of our Art History department and who wanted to set up a group of like-minded individuals to complement the hard work done by the staff in the department. It's a great way to meet people and experience art both locally and further afield.

We have a facebook page which is a great way to discuss art related topics as well as social events planned including gallery visits, theatre trips, Christmas events and trips abroad.

If you have any ideas or want to get involved please email the society on cahyla@essex.ac.uk, any ideas and suggestions would be great.

If you would like to join the History of Art society please either log into your student account at www.essexstudent.com or pop into reception at the Student Union, for only £2.00 you can become part of this wonderful society!
