Withdrawing from the University
If you decide for personal or academic reasons to withdraw
permanently or temporarily (intermission) from the University there
is a procedure to follow. You must complete the
withdrawal/intermission process in the Registry who in turn will
inform the Accommodation Office that you have withdrawn/intermitted.
When this is confirmed and the keys have been returned the accommodation
agreement will be terminated and no further accommodation charges will be made.
Please note that the accommodation agreement cannot be terminated until both
confirmation of the withdrawal/intermission and the room keys have been
received.
For more information about how to terminate your current accommodation contract
if you are in the process of withdrawing permanently or temporarily,
please see point 4.3 of our
Terms and
Conditions document
