The Houses
Houses (Anne Knight, Isaac Rebow, Josephine
Butler, Richard Wood, Swaynes and Thomas Hopper)
The Houses are located on the north side of campus in pleasant
parkland. The walking distance to the centre of campus is
approximately 5 minutes. There are six houses each of which is a three-storey
residence accommodating 42 or 46 students. The accommodation is
arranged in self-contained flats of four, five or six students
sharing a kitchen. Each room has its own en suite shower and toilet
facilities.
There are two rooms in each of four houses which are adapted for wheelchair
users. There are also eight rooms with special alarm facilities for students
with hearing difficulties. [Map.]

"I really enjoy living in the Houses. They suit me perfectly because while it is
quite private (having my own bathroom), it is still very sociable." Andrew
