Terms & Conditions
- The notice board is strictly for the use of students
registered with the University of Essex.
- Owners of properties found using this facility may have their
registration suspended (apart from the owner occupier or short-let
sections)
- The University of Essex operates a strict policy against
discrimination and will take action against anyone who attempts to
discriminate against students on the basis of race, gender,
disability, colour or sexuality.
- Please note that all messages can be traced and in the event
of this facility being abused action will be taken.
- Messages are checked before going live (this usually takes 24
hours Monday-Friday)
- Users should be aware that they are using a system in the
public domain and therefore leave their own name and contact
details at their own risk and discretion. Users under 18 should
not post phone numbers, e-mail or postal addresses on this site.
- If you are unhappy with anything anyone has posted on this
notice board contact privsec (non-Essex users should add @essex.ac.uk
to create full e-mail address)
- Please note that advertisements will be deleted
after a period of six weeks unless notification to the contrary
is received.
