Introduction to Private Sector Accommodation
Through its register of private landlords, the
Accommodation Office enables students and staff to
secure accommodation within the local community.
Properties are only registered with the University if the
Landlord supplies copies of a current gas safety certificate,
confirmation of public liability insurance and an electrical
certificate in the form of a periodic inspection report, and has
been accredited by the University.
Students or staff requiring accommodation immediately should
contact the main Accommodation Office for assistance.
The staff of the accommodation office will be pleased to assist you
in any way they can.
