Accredited properties list 2011/2012

The accredited private sector accommodation property list for the academic year 2011/12 is now live on the student pad website. Further details in regard to accreditation standard can be found here. Click on studentpad to search through the accredited property listings online and to access the online forums available through the website.

Workshops

It may seem a little early to be thinking about where you will live next year, but time will fly by and many of your fellow students will begin their house hunting after Christmas.

You may book a place on any of the workshops or just turn up to one, but please be aware that places are limited for each session. The workshops will cover all aspects of renting in the private sector, from contracts and guarantors to when and where to find student accommodation through our website of Accredited Landlords at www.essexstudentpad.co.uk.

Housing Workshops will be taking place throughout November and December starting on Wednesday 17 November 2010. Further details and an online booking form are available here.
