from, bed and breakfast, to whole houses.
The average rent for a room in a house share in Colchester is

per week exclusive of bills and the contracts normally last for
between 10 and 12 months. Most properties are situated within 1-2
miles of the university campus with a few exceptions requiring your
own transport.
