self contained flats
All self contained flats are on the top two floors of five of
The Towers. They all have:
- Internet connection in each flat
- Phone connection in each flat
- Utility bills with the exception of telephone are included in
the accommodation charge
Cooking utensils, oven and hob, microwave oven, kettle, iron and ironing board
are provided but residents will need to provide their own bedding,
towels, cutlery and crockery. A vacuum cleaner is available.

There are 7
self contained flats
comprising:
- Double bed-sitting room with kitchen area
- Bathroom
The accommodation charge for 2012 – 2013 is £19.14 per
night, £133.98 per week.

The accommodation charge for 2012 – 2013 is £20.57 per
night, £143.99 per week.

- Bathroom
The accommodation charge for 2012 – 2013 is £23.86 per
night, £167.02 per week.
