University Steering Group (USG)
The University Steering Group prepares and recommends to Council the
University’s budget and resource allocation, and continually monitors and
scrutinises the way the University spends its money.
This includes staff allocation to the Faculties and Professional Services
and on capital investment projects up to the value of £2 million.
Members of USG
USG meets each Monday in the Vice-Chancellor’s board room at Colchester
Campus, and occasionally at Southend Campus.
