1. Hazards

• Smoking: Smoke only in designated areas.
• Cooking: Only authorised staff and residents may cook.
• Heating: Do not use unauthorised heaters.
• Arson: Report any suspicious activity.

Fuel

• Housekeeping: Keep combustibles and hazardous materials in appropriate places.
• Storage: Do not store large volumes of combustibles or hazardous materials other than in designated stores.
• Furnishings: Do not bring unauthorised furnishings onto the premises.

2. Risks

• Cooking: Do not leave cooking unattended or use too high a heat when using fat or oil.
• Sockets: Do not overload electrical sockets.
• Faulty equipment: Ensure regular checks and tests are carried out.
• Careless disposal of smoking materials: Use ash trays provided.
• Combustibles by heat sources: keep clear.
