Information for presenters
There are three parallel sessions at all
times, apart from during the workshop, the AGM and during invited speakers’
talks. Room allocations can be found on the
programme.
A data projector (for Powerpoint and similar presentations) will be available.
You can bring your presentation on a laptop or a USB stick. Please contact us
when you arrive.
If you would like to provide a handout, please
note that there will be limited copying facilities. So, you are advised to
bring handouts. We are currently
expecting about 100 participants. Hence, about 40 handouts for the parallel
sessions and about 100 handouts for plenary lectures would be appropriate.
